Guarantee period

The period during which, if a defect is found in the Goods, the manufacturer (executor), seller, authorized organization are obliged to satisfy the client's requirements to eliminate the defects in the Goods. The Seller is responsible for the defects of the Goods, unless he proves that the defects arose after the transfer of the goods to the client as a result of the violation by the consumer of the rules for the use, storage or transportation of the goods, the actions of third parties.

In the event that the goods are damaged during transportation or are not in a marketable condition or a factory defect, we will replace the goods with a new one or refund your money within 3 working days.
The warranty period for the products of LLC "AIKO RATTAN" is 2 years from the date of purchase of the goods.
The warranty period for the products of LLC "AIKO WOODS"3 days, subject to replacement only if a manufacturing defect or other defect is found.

If the client is not satisfied with the product design or size, this case is non-refundable.

Refund in case of refusal of the Buyer from the Goods

If the Buyer refuses the Goods of good quality, the Seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the Buyer under the contract, with the exception of the Seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned Goods from the Buyer.

Exchange is made by replacing it with a Product of the same brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price within 30 working days.

Return of the Goods is made by the consumer's refusal to fulfill the contract of sale and the return of the amount paid for such goods only because of the inconsistency in the quality of the products sold.
