USER AGREEMENT

The present user agreement, further "Agreement", concluded between the aiko.uz Online store with Internet address www.aiko.uz, further "Online store" or "Website" and the user of services of Online store, further "Buyer", and defines terms of purchase of goods via the Website.

1. Main provisions

1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store at the time of placing an order. Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement

1.2. This Agreement, as well as the information on the goods provided on the Website, are a public offer in accordance with Article 386, part 2, subsection 3 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.3. The relations between the Buyer and the online store shall be subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the sale of goods by remote method, as well as the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan"On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 02.04.1996 No. 221-I and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.

1.4. The buyer may be any individual or legal person capable of accepting and paying for the goods ordered by him in accordance with the procedure and on the terms established by this Agreement on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.5. The Online Retailer reserves the right to amend this Agreement.

1.6. The present Agreement has to be considered in that look as it is published on the Website, and has to be applied and be interpreted according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Information on goods

2.1. The goods are presented on the Website through the photo samples which are the property of Online store.

2.2. Each photo sample is followed by text information: article, price and description of goods.

2.3. At the request of the Buyer the manager of Online store is obliged to provide (by phone or by e-mail) the other information necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the Buyer, for adoption of the decision on purchase of goods by him.

2.4. The price of goods specified on the Website can be changed by Online store unilaterally.

2.5. The online store has the right to change unilaterally information on goods, and also characteristics and descriptions of goods.

2.6. All goods in Online store are certified and have national certification of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Procedure for purchasing goods

3.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any goods presented on the Website. Each item can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be made by the Buyer in the following way: independently on the Website, with the help of the operator of contact center.

3.2. Upon completion of the order, a confirmation letter is sent to the Buyer's telephone number confirming acceptance of the order. Next, the manager of the online store contacts the Buyer (by phone or by e-mail) to obtain confirmation of the order.

3.3. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the manager of the online store is obliged to inform the Buyer about this (by phone or by e-mail).

3.4. In the absence of the goods, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another goods or cancel the order.

3.6. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before it is sent to the Buyer, having informed the online store about it in advance (by phone or electronically

4. Delivery and acceptance-transfer of goods

4.1. Delivery of goods ordered in the online store, in the agreed quantity and assortment, is carried out by the delivery service of the online store throughout the city of Tashkent.

4.2. The costs of delivery of goods shall be paid by the Buyer at the rates specified on the Website in the section "Payment" and "Delivery."

4.4. The ordered goods shall be shipped and delivered within the terms agreed with the Buyer.

4.5. The fact of the goods acceptance by the Buyer is the payment for the goods (payment of the total amount of the order and the amount of expenses for the delivery of the goods to the Buyer) as well as the signing by the Buyer of the invoice or the signing of the act of acceptance of the transfer of the goods.

5. Payment of goods

5.1. Payment methods for goods are specified on the Website in the section "Payment" and "Delivery".

5.2. When calculating the Buyer pays goods by money transfer to the settlement account of Online store through payment systems (Payme. CLICK, Apelsin, Paynet) or pays under the agreement to the settlement account of Online store through bank, or in cash, while the Buyer receives the fiscal check according to the Tax law of RUz.

5.3. The goods are paid only in national currency of RUz (UZS).

6. Other

6.1. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, to regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and to suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its own discretion.

6.2. The online store has the right to conduct promotions and discounts in unlimited quantities.

6.3. In accordance with the Law "On Personal Data," when placing an order, you consent to the online store to process your personal data in order to distribute information and promote goods on the market, without limiting the period. This consent may be revoked by you by written notice. In this case, your personal data will be destroyed and its processing stopped within 7 business days from the date we receive the notification..

6.4. The Seller undertakes to maintain confidentiality with respect to the Buyer's personal data, as well as other information about the Buyer that became known to the Seller in connection with the performance of this Agreement, except for cases, when such information:

- is public;

- opened upon the demand of or with the permission of the Buyer;

- demands disclosure on the bases provided by the legislation or at receipt of the corresponding inquiries of court or authorized public authorities;

- it is opened on other bases provided by the agreement of the Parties.

6.5. The seller has the right to make unilaterally changes to the Agreement by publishing the changes on the Website at www.aiko.uz if other isn't provided by new edition of the Agreement.

6.6. The agreement is the legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller contains rules of shopping in aiko.uz Online store

6.7. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the order is placed by the Buyer.
